Booking & Payment
Pre-booking is strongly recommended to secure your place, as access to Abu Dabbab Beach is limited to a maximum number of guests per day for safety and environmental reasons. Additionally, swimming and speedboat activities are subject to weather and sea conditions. Booking in advance helps ensure availability on your preferred date and allows us to notify you of any schedule changes or updates.
Booking Process

All bookings must be made through the official website: www.abudabbab.com

A valid email address and mobile number are required to receive your confirmation and any important updates.

Upon completing your reservation, a digital ticket will be issued and sent to your email. This must be shown at the gate upon arrival.
Payment Terms

Payment can be made online or manually, depending on the method selected at checkout.

If you choose online payment, the full amount will be processed immediately using a secure gateway.

If you choose manual payment, your booking will be confirmed, and the amount due must be paid in person using the currency of your choice (EGP, EUR, or USD) at the current equivalent of the price stated in your booking confirmation.

All prices are displayed in the system’s default currency, but the charged amount will be converted to EGP equivalent at the time of payment.

Payments made online and offline are subject to verification at the entrance gate.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Changes & Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver all experiences as planned, certain situations may arise beyond our control. This section outlines how changes are handled and what exceptions may apply.
Service Modifications

The beach management reserves the right to modify or cancel any scheduled activity, service, or facility access in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather changes, safety risks, equipment failure, or low participation.

In the event of such changes, alternative arrangements or rescheduling options will be offered when possible.

Minor adjustments (e.g., change of speedboat departure time) do not qualify for compensation or refund.
Force Majeure Events
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
Adverse sea or weather conditions, Natural disasters, Political unrest or government restrictions, Power outages or infrastructure failure and Public health emergencies or epidemics.
Notification & Support
Guests will be notified as early as possible through the contact information provided during booking. In such cases, guests may be given the option to reschedule their visit, receive credit for future use, or in some cases, request a full refund, depending on the situation.
Visitor Responsibilities
To preserve the unique beauty of Abu Dabbab and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, visitors are expected to follow all posted rules and demonstrate respectful behavior at all times.
Environmental Protection & Marine Life

Abu Dabbab is home to protected marine life and delicate coral reefs. Touching, chasing, feeding, or closely approaching sea turtles, dugongs, or coral formations is strictly prohibited.

Violations of marine life protection regulations may result in penalties starting from €500 and immediate removal from the site without refund.

Guests must follow all instructions given by the beach safety and marine conservation staff.

It is forbidden to collect shells, stones, sand, or marine organisms from the beach or sea.
Beach Cleanliness & Eco-Conduct

Littering on the beach, in the water, or in shared facilities is strictly prohibited.

Please dispose of waste in the designated bins and keep reusable items where possible.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Violations may result in fines or expulsion.
Supervision & Personal Conduct

The beach management and security team are authorized to enforce all visitor policies and intervene in cases of misconduct.

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the actions and behavior of children or young adults under their care.

Running, shouting, or rough play in common areas, showers, or restaurants is not allowed.
-
Public intoxication, aggressive behavior, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate expulsion.
Promo Codes
Promo codes are occasionally offered as part of special campaigns, seasonal promotions, or direct communications. To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, only verified and authorized codes are accepted.
Promo Code Usage Terms

Only promo codes officially published by Abu Dabbab Beach or Blue Ocean Dive Centers & Resorts — through our website, official social media channels, or direct customer communication — are valid for use.

Codes shared by third parties or unofficial platforms may be invalid and are not accepted.

Promo codes must be entered at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

Each promo code may carry specific usage rules, including expiration date, applicable ticket types, currency limits, or guest categories.

Promo codes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Misuse of a promo code (e.g., applying a local-resident code to a tourist booking) may result in a price adjustment at the gate or cancellation without refund.

We reserve the right to limit, revoke, or cancel any promo code without prior notice in case of suspected fraud or abuse.
Tour Leader Policy
We welcome professional tour leaders and group coordinators who accompany larger groups to Abu Dabbab Beach. To ensure smooth coordination and provide support, we offer dedicated access benefits and complimentary services based on group size.
Eligibility

This policy applies to tour leaders or coordinators accompanying groups of 10 or more paying guests.

To benefit from this policy, tour leaders must submit a request in advance through the contact form or by official message before confirming the group booking.

Walk-ins or unregistered leaders at the gate will not be granted discounted or complimentary access or services.
Access & Verification

The tour leader's name must appear in the booking or be confirmed via written group communication.
-
A valid professional ID or license must be presented at the entrance to verify eligibility.
-
Tour leader benefits are non-transferable and must be used by the registered leader only.
Group & Events Policy
We welcome families, friends, schools, and corporate groups to enjoy Abu Dabbab Beach together. Special arrangements and rates are available for large groups and private events upon request.
Group Bookings

You may book more than 12 beach passes in a single online reservation. However, for groups of 13 people or more, please contact us through the contact form or send a direct message to inquire about group discounts or custom packages.

Groups that book without prior confirmation of group rates may not be eligible for group discounts retroactively.

Group offers are subject to availability and seasonal conditions.
Private & Special Events

If you're planning a private event (e.g. birthday, yoga retreat, beach wedding), please contact the beach management team in advance to discuss setup, pricing, and capacity.

We can offer dedicated space, catering options, and curated experiences depending on your request.

All events must be approved and confirmed in writing by the beach management prior to execution.
Group Rescheduling or Cancellation

Group bookings may be rescheduled or canceled under the same terms as individual bookings, unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.

For larger events or exclusive bookings, separate cancellation terms may apply, which will be clearly outlined during the reservation process.
Cancellation & Refunds
We offer a flexible cancellation policy for beach day tickets to allow guests to book with confidence.
Free Cancellation Policy (Ticketing Only)

You may cancel your beach ticket booking free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in date.

No-shows on the day of arrival, will be non-refundable.

Your check-in time is based on the visit date shown on your ticket. Once this date has passed, refunds are no longer possible.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing depending on your bank or provider.
-
For manual (cash) payments, refunds must be claimed in person with the original payment reference.

This policy applies only to beach tickets. Different cancellation rules will apply for accommodation packages, boat tours, and experiences, which will be detailed during the booking process.
How to Cancel

To cancel, please submit a request through the contact form on our website or reply to your booking confirmation email.

Your cancellation will only be valid once it is confirmed in writing by our team.
Tickets & Gate Access

All guests must present their digital ticket or booking confirmation on mobile at the beach entrance.
-
Printed tickets are accepted but not required — digital is preferred.

Tickets are issued per person and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in advance.
ID & Nationality Check

All guests must present a valid national ID or passport at the gate.
-
In case your ticket category (e.g. adult/child), nationality, or residency status does not match the details submitted during booking, the gate staff reserves the right to request an additional payment to reflect the correct price.

If the discrepancy is not resolved, access may be denied.
Verification and Entry

Entry will only be granted once all ticket and ID details are confirmed by the beach security team.

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and cannot be reused on other days unless rescheduled officially.

Any unauthorized use of tickets will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Late Arrivals

While we do our best to accommodate all guests, late arrivals may result in missing scheduled activities such as boat trips or guided experiences.

Tickets are not refundable due to lateness unless caused by an approved reason or force majeure.
Pricing & Children Policy
Beach Pass Prices
Prices shown are per person, inclusive of applicable taxes.
Rates vary by currency, package type, guest age (e.g., adult or child), and booking season.
Prices are final upon booking, but may be updated on the website at any time.
Egyptian citizens and residents are eligible for seasonal promotional codes — please contact us via the official form or message channels to inquire.
Group rates and special event pricing are available upon request.
Gate Price Adjustment
All guests must present their e-ticket or booking confirmation on mobile upon arrival.
All guests must present their ID’s and in case the ticket type, nationality, or age differs from the booking, the gate security reserves the right to request additional payment based on the actual situation.
Price differences must be settled at the entrance before access is granted.
Meals & Amenities
Abu Dabbab Beach offers a clean, eco-friendly, and relaxing experience for all guests.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed to support a sustainable environment.

General facilities such as restrooms, showers, shaded areas, and changing rooms are included in the day pass at no extra cost.

Buffet-style Meals are served with a standard menu of rice, pasta, protein, vegetables, and salad.

Special requests, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, bottled water, and ice cream are not included and are charged separately.

An à la carte menu is also available upon request for an extra fee.

Eligible tour leaders may receive free or discounted meals based on group size (see Tour Leader Policy).
Children Policy

Children under 5.99 years: Free of charge.

Children 6 to 11.99 years charge children rate. From 12 years and older: Charged full adult ticket price.
